90% Ironstone (Willyabrup) Cabernet Sauvignon, 10% Bridgeland ( Karridale) Cabernet Franc

Appearance
Dark red with a brick rim, indicating some age.

Nose
Black fruits such as blackberry, blackcurrant, and blueberry, supported by tertiary notes of black olive and cold tea.

Palate
Warm palate with ripe black fruits. The aged characters show through as savoury olive and tea‑leaf notes. Tannins are settled, supple and balanced.

Finish
A long, lingering warm finish with dark fruit and subtle savoury elements

I believe this wine still drinks at its best right now, it will continue to age gracefully developing more tertiary characters. I have no more bottles of this wine so this is the final update.
